I bought this b/c I have a small amount of deskspace at work. It will work as an inbox & the whiteboard will provide a nice to-do list area. The metal it is made of is pretty sturdy and all of the magnets on it are strong. The picture frame is a magetic piece of plastic that sticks to the front, so it's easy to change pictures. My only complaint would be the white board is more like a big white flimsy magnet & I expected a more sturdy hand held white board that happened to have a magnet on the back. Even though it doesn't seem like it's made like a traditional white board, the dry marker still erases from it well, so it is functional. Overall, I'm happy w/ the purchase. By the way, you can't really tell in the picture, but the inbox/basket part is open on the sides, not a big deal, but I thought all four sides would be closed.
